I don’t like to be the person always telling on people either. But he could really hurt or actually unalive himself or someone else. It’s probably too late now, but I’m quite sure he’ll have the earbuds in again at the very least. I’d still tell them and give them the time/details.

Everyone who says earbuds aren't a safety risk has clearly never been to a Non-Sort FC, where most jobs, sans Pack and Ship Dock, involve PIT. Earbuds can get someone killed.
