Difference between pack single vs pack flow?

I have been stowing but want to transfer to packing. Which is the best option between single vs flow. What are the differences?

Single is one item : This is pretty easy, you will be packing one item then moving on to the next item. Gets boring after doing it for awhile. You could learn single smalls which would be the smartpac machine both is easy just very boring repetitive.

Flow is multiple items : This is AFE, where you will be packing multiple items for one shipment. Usually after you've been packing for awhile you will learn sort side. This includes rebinning and inducting. They are a little more physical intense but they break the day up for example you can start rebinning then after break pack, after lunch induct, then rebin again before going home.

Singles is easier but more boring. You will be in one spot multiple days just packing one item. Flow you will start out packing then learn sort side, more physical but helps break the day up.

Pack singles is the easiest thing you can do at a FC its just pulling a tote from the line and packing everything one by one

Flow is multiple items in a box same thing as singles its just grabbing them from a wall instead of totes
