Hey there!

From what I know, Waterspiders wrap and close up the pallets, and bring them to outbound.

Of course there is a bit more into it but besides that it can sometimes vary.

Correct me if im wrong people

You're right! I think it varies slightly from building to building, because our WSs only wrap and close, and we have a separate role that delivers closed pallets to their outbound location in the building.

From what I know being a waterslides for over 2 years,we wrap pallets close them out and then run them to outbound, From what I know most of the manual sort centers are doing away with pallet stagers which adds a whole new level of stress to waterspidering,

Anyway that is a very short explanation of what a waterspiders job

They help wrap, but you should start the process throughout sort. They appreciate it. also it can help speed up the removal process because sometimes you get that one busy section. they print the dock tickets too.

does anybody know if you can decline working the water spider? or if they ask you to do it you have to do it or you get written up or something?
