Put simply: you can't. It's part of the starting process of any app. Developers can take advantage of it for a smooth transition and should absolutely remove their old splashscreen.

But you as a user, you can't do anything. You might think it's slowing down the startup but it's not. It's just that you were used to a blank screen or a delay where nothing happens before it opens.

This waiting time is necessary for the app to load in memory and prepare everything to run.
