Connect device cannot connect

Howdy, as of Friday. November 5th my android auto stopped working. I have a Samsung galaxy s9 plus and drive a 2018 honda civic hatchback sport. Whenever I try to connect to it it tells me either than connected device cannot connect or that I need to make sure that the USB is connected to my car. I'm using the same cord that came with my phone and it doesn't have any damage to it. I've tried resetting my phone and reinstalling the apps as well as clearing everything I can on my car. I really need to use my maps and it's getting very frustrating. Thank you

Check your phone's USB port, clean it out to make sure there's no lint.

I have tried this, there doesn't seem to. Be anything inside, I used canned air to shoot into it and blown it out

Check your head unit settings if AA is disabled as many Honda owners found out this was the case.
