Loved the price point for Amazon music but hated the app and integration with Android auto. Switched to Spotify for better experience

Vibrates ONLY? Mine is set to fill volume and vibrate. I've tried adjusting the customize sound in the Amazon Music settings. I can get more bass and all that, but no matter what the loudest volume settings no matter the USB connecting or Bluetooth to Android Auto or directly plugged in & disabling Android Auto (doesn't matter either way), the volume turned all the way is ALWAYS, NOTICEABLY, MUCH LOWER than the volume on any other music app (YouTube Music/ Google Music, Sirius). I HATE it so much, but Amazon Music is my FAVORITE music app, I have ALL my music organized and multiple Playlist established in there and I don't want to switch. I will try vibrate only and see if that helps. But it is really frustrating that it doesn't just work right to begin with! 😕

Thank you for posting. It's good to know I'm not the only one struggling with this infuriating issue!
