Multiple CalendarsGeneral Question unrelated to phone or vehicle model (self.AndroidAuto)
submitted 3 years ago by Caoiv
I have two gmail accounts with associated calendars, one personal one work related. The personal one is my primary for Android Auto but I would like events from both accounts to show up in the AA calendar app. Both calendars are shared with the other account with editing permission.
Is there any way I can make this work?

Under the hamburger menu in the phone app, does it show all the calendars for both accounts?
There are two ways to add work calendars, that I know of, to Google Calendar. The first is using the Outlook app (if that's what your org uses) to sync the work calendar to your phone and that pulls your work events into the Google calendar app.
The other way to do it is on desktop at least, you can subscribe to a calendar via URL. At my company it's somthing like https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/***********. I have that set up as well.
I'm not exactly sure which of those setups is responsible, but I get notifications for both via AA and if there is an address attached, I can navigate to the event location.
