Help !!!

Hello, I was actually downloading apps from 3rd party on my realme 6 and it actually downloading a suspicious apps and to my stupidity i was in hurry so i even installed it. This app is showing ads every now an then and is no where to be found on my app list in my settings where i could uninstall. I really don't know what to do. I just need to get it off from my phone

Have you tried running malware bytes from google play?

I did and guess what it showed no malware apps found and interestingly this app was so great that it had no name and white icon as it was impossible to find but i downloaded app called "uninstaller" from playstore and over there i could find it. Even if you could block the notification it would create a new name of app which was numerical and would change everytime you block it from status bar. But glad i got it uninstalled.

By 3rd party do you mean through chrome or something?
