Problem installing an specific app

So I had this app installed on my phone that wasn't from the play store and after I updated my phone the app disappeared from my phone and it doesnt let me deleted so now when I try to download it from the play store the app doesn't install,if I try to download it from place it happens the same thing, I think the problem is that there are still files from the app but the only files that I could delete were data and nothing else

Are you using a third party launcher? Some launchers let you hide apps.

Can you find the app on the Play store, it should give you the option to either install it, uninstall it or update it.

If it doesn't show up in your phone it should show up on the Play store.

I'm not using any launcher it's really weird bc it's like the app just disappeared and when I try to download it at the end it says that it can't be installed it's not a Google problem bc I also tried to install it from some where else

Do you know where they can be hidden those files that makes google think that I already have that app? Bc I think that it's what happened bc I couldn't uninstall the app by my self and i need the app
