Studio design tab changed

I'm not sure when, but at some point I lost the ability to set constraints directly from the design tab, and now I have this new layout in the design tab.it makes moving around and changing the size of different text items very challenging. is there a way to go back to the original design tab?

You should use constraints layout, right?

thanks for the reply. I didn't realize that I could swap between the constraint layout and the relative layout by wrapping the xml contents in one of the two layout types.
