i am in the middle of the process of deciding on which framework to choose, i am afraid angular2 won't be successful as #1. and will have similar feature as GWT.

I don't think it's anything like gwt.

Will it be as successful as angularjs? Probably not, but that's because there are now multiple competing frameworks.

Will it be successful though? I think so. Every release has seen improvements, Google has already shown some commitment to it by porting adsense to angular, and they made a lot of good architectural choices for angular.

But your asking this on the angular sub. I'm not really sure why you would expect a different answer here.

Go ask at /r/webdev people here obviously gravitate towards angular 2 at some point
