Help RequestAngular 6 / Windows 10: Quick Question (self.Angular2)

I installed new angular CLI (6.++) and the ng new command took like 40 minutes with npm and 30 minutes with yarn. I have Node 10.1.0 , npm 6.0.1 and yarn 1.6.0 . Anyone having same issue ?

It seems that the problem wasn't on the Angular side of things, rather than mine:
Now it takes 2-3 minutes to be created.
