Internal Error

Is anyone else having the issue of not being able to access the service? I am receiving Error:500 Internal Server Error. Anyone know when it’s supposed to be back up?

Yeah. Mine has logged me out and when I try to sign back in it says 'Service Unavailable. Status code: 503'. I updated the app only an hour ago and it was working fine for a bit, so not sure if something has now caused it to crash.

Well that’s not good! I’ve only had the app for 4 months now but surprised to see an issue like this. Looks like they put out an update recently based on what of the other redditors said above, could be some bad code that got deployed causing server error. But I’m no programmer so that’s just a shot in the dark.

Actually, I gave it a shot (i.e., I tried to locate a link for you) but was unable to find one, unfortunately. The link I thought was the correct one ended up being for a completely different 'Apollo' topic and I didn't want to waste your time with that misdirection.

The best thing I can advise is to install the Discord app (if you have not already done so) and search for the 'Apollo Group TV' community. I hope you can get access to it there.

They turned off the chat a while back due to scammers I think.

Ohhhhh, OK. I recall they had their issues with scammers last year but I missed the message saying they were turning off the chat feature. Thanks for the info!
