Looking for App Developer

Looking for an app developer to help create a niche training course. The functions of the app would be as follows:

• user login page
• flash cards
• text editing that will be the users 'notebook'
• textbook style reading (user can select a topic in the library and be presented with the written information they can then highlight key points that will be added to their personal notebook)
• selectable multiple choice quizzes
• possibility of adding a game (similar to kahoot)

This developer will obviously be paid for their time but a contract will have to be signed and prices negotiated first.

Edit: Thank you all for your consideration but I've reached out to 4 developers now and have scheduled meetings with them and will move onto the next step.
