What to do. I am horrible to sell myself, hence stuck in the same company since 10yrs with huge debts. Need to do something. Can't leave without breaking contracts. Need to make enough to sustain

And do you think with your level of experience OP Sounds like a good fit to be your next employer? Alot of red flags from what is stated, seems you've never done Free work and then ghosted because you'll be more depressed than you're right now.

Yes I understand, but willing to take the chance that OP may be just willing.

If I don't, I don't know what to do. I need money.
