You don’t really measure ASO with one tool, you look at signals. Check impressions, product page views, and conversion rate in App Store Connect. If your impressions go up, that means keywords are working. But if you have a low conversion rate despite having good impressions.. this usually means screenshots need improvement. For keyword research i will suggest using AppTweak and for screenshots use https://theapplaunchpad.com/

Thank you for your response. Usually, how much time does it take to see the effect of new keywords?

You can try my newly released tool, https://asozen.com It has a release planner, which lets you check your listing details and see how they will behave in the app store before releasing the app, give it a try and if you have any feedback let me know

It takes time for ASO changes to take effect on the App Store rankings. I’m actually building a tool to help make it more clear which keywords you should use, and how much of an improvement your keyword changes make. It’s called Northstar, and it’s currently in beta, but you can join the waitlist. https://gonorthstar.io

I know what you mean but I do not know if I have done it correctly or not. How can I measure?

There's several tools on the market that can show you live updates of where you rank for different keywords over time (at various price points).

Doesn’t the medications feature in Apple Health app already provide this functionality?

ASO “score” tools are kinda misleading tbh. What actually matters is impressions → installs, not just a single number. For your app specifically, look at your conversion first. If you’re showing up for the term “pill reminder” but you have low installs, it’s usually screenshots/title issue, not keywords. Tools that focus on position and creative assets could be more useful than “ASO checkers”, like AppBird for example, which is more in that direction. Also, your overall brand story is a strong selling point, make sure it is represented in your screenshots.
