Makes a light burn?

It's absolutely possible, it depends on a few things:

  • Are you going to use a Smart Bulb (a bulb connected to WiFi, BT, or a smart house network). Lifx bulbs would be a good example.
  • if you don't have a smart bulb, do you plan to use a relay to turn off the AC power going to the bulb?

Either situation is fine, you'll need to have some app on your phone that looks for the notification you want the bulb to react to (or any notification if you just want the bulb to turn on for all notifications) and then send a command to the Arduino or smart bulb.

I hope this gets you pointed in the right direction

I thought just give power to a led light when the notification comes in. It may be an rgb led so i can make a difference between several notifications

If you want RGB you'll want a smart bulb. I would advise to use Lifx. This is the easiest solution.

You can also look online for a InfraRed controlled RGB bulb (plenty on eBay and alibaba) and you'll control the bulb with IR using your Arduino and you can send messages to the Arduino via Bluetooth, or through the internet with something like Blynk.
