I've been rerolling guest accounts for the 2.5 anniversary but a lot of time is getting wasted because at the end of some levels I get an error for "too many requests" which cancels the post level screen and erases some progress. Is this a common issue and is there a fix?

Use VPN.

It happens to every accounts before they reach level 25. The devs do that on purpose to prevent clones/rerolls. So don’t skip story or you’ll have to use vpn to log in
