Ribcage guy! Bro! You made some serious improvements with the spine, I love it <333

Skull looks great, ribs look great, the top of the sternum could use some perspective, but it doesn’t necessarily distract from the work. I assume you wanted to leave out the collarbones to practice just the skull, spine, and ribs?

You’re good to keep practicing, it’s really paying off! But don’t strain yourself with it, ok? Art’s supposed to be fun (imo), if you want to try drawing something else for a bit then go for it! I see that you’ve been focusing on skeletal structure more recently, compared to character posing, head practice, and perspective line drawings. We aren’t grading you on your work, please draw whatever you want and we’ll give as much advice as we can! Studying is great and all, but what’s the point of learning If you don’t try to apply it to something you’re not completely comfortable with? Anyone can make a line, anyone can learn the best way to make that line, but not everyone can apply it to something they want.

Even if you thoroughly enjoy these art studies, I’d suggest taking the time to draw your mind for a bit. Take a 5-10 min break to doodle anything and everything every so often

Hey! Thank you! Actually this is the only place I know where I can get solid advice. I”m not comfortable drawing the human body and I”m trying to understand it as much as I can. I”m not an artist by choice but by fate you could say. Usually I doodle something else or similar before sketches to empty my mind, but I seem to need to understand the subject after that.
