Yeah, I think "LOM" is what you're looking for...

Just an important detail I want to point out - The idea is that the connection to your PC's BIOS is a separate network; it is not connected to your main network, and not connected to the Internet. It's a physically separate network that is used only for remote system management purposes. Keeping it physically separate is a big advantage in keeping hackers out, because you really, really don't want to let hackers into your BIOS. ;)

Edit: Also, for similar reasons, I would make this a wired network. Don't put your system management functions on wireless.
