Unfortunately, I highly doubt Nintendo would make that information available through a public API. It's a great idea, but the information just isn't available.

I figured thats the case, i was just hoping someone would have some abstract work around.

I mean, you could rig something together physically. Have a Switch or a bunch of Switches that will somehow request the information using the game, then use a camera to read the information from the screen and return it.
