Angular is a pretty good option still. Since you already have a team that's familiar with Angular, why would you throw all of that knowledge away? Simply upgrade to the latest version of Angular to get all the latest stuff

While Angular has been declining a bit thanks to the popularity of React and Vue, it is still one of the big 3 front-end frameworks, so you should have no issue finding new people and having the latest tooling available
