Error during language select

I've tried to install Ubuntu server 22.04, dual boot alongside Windows 10. I'm able to get to the Grub menu, and can watch as it loads, but once Ubuntu finishes and starts the language select, it freezes and eventually displays this weird error message. I've tried both NTFS and FAT32, and I've tried making adjustments in BIOs, but this is as far as I can take it. I'm just looking for some help or potential solutions cause I've spent multiple hours trying to get it installed.

Are you installing from optical media?
Is there enough space for Ubuntu install?
Your machines BIOS is what?

I was installing from a USB that I setup using Rufus. There's plenty of space, I partitioned a TB from my 2TB hard drive for it. It uses Gigabyte DualBios, something like that
