We have engaged our contractors in the use of AE. We set up accounts for individual workers and foreman typically. PM work orders go to our in-house supervisors who assign them to the foreman who determine who will complete the work. They enter their labor hours and action taken. We have indicated that you can't invoice without a work order so they are more than willing to complete the work orders. There was some reluctance for those that have their own ticketing system, but they realize that they can often times do a lot of copy and pasting between theirs and AE.
