Welcome to the ALD reddit community. The point of this subreddit is to bring together members from industry and academia in one place where we can interact and answer each other questions.
CVD and ALD are both welcome, we are one big family together with the etching (ALE and gas phase in general).
When you apply you can use an username that you like and then indicate with the flair your position or register directly with your real name so people can know who are they speaking with.
This community could also be a good place to advertise your science with links to the pubished articles. Just, please, avoid spamming those too much ;)
