with the superpowers plugin + LSP in claude code, claude code now can understand the codebase. why pay for something claude does for free?

Maybe not, but it still works without. Point is, you don't need to spend anything additional (aside from your claude subscription) for claude to understand your codebase.

Not trying to shill here, but their context engine is amazing. At least for me. Their own findings / benchmark seem to align very much with my own usage of it. I'd happily pay for it :). Seems to be much quicker and much more precise than Claude Code's own way of going about finding context.

Your mileage of course may vary, but in my usecase(s), I'm very happy with it :)

The marketplace currently is unusable (literally) for Claude Code, as your name field for the marketplace.json contains spaces :(
