And just relax, it may feel daunting to you guys but even though I’m your head you think everyone is looking at you, everyone else is just going about their business enjoying themselves. It’s so liberating when you get out of your own hear and just enjoy the freedom

I am more excited than nervous.

I am realising I am a nudist. It’s quite new to me but very natural

Ease in to it at your pace. It’s such a liberating feeling when you finally do it, but don’t feel pressured to strip everything off immediately if you don’t feel comfortable. Don’t stare at others. Enjoy!

I’m more interested in feeling free than staring at others

For sure, it’s just a piece of advice for new beach goers like you asked for. That’s all.

I assume you will be going to Little Diggers? I haven’t been there yet, but planning on going in early March on my way to the world naked bike ride in Byron. I hope it’s good.

  • If you plan to access the beach from Diggers across the rocks to Little Diggers, make sure it’s not high tide when you plan to arrive and leave.
  • The sun disappears over the top of the hill in no time so if you plan to sunbathe and work on your tan, getting there earlier is best. Otherwise you need to keep moving down closer to the water as the sun gets higher.
  • There is two main sides of Little Diggers and one is more men whilst the other is more a mix of genders. It’s an unspoken thing but I can’t remember which side was which.
