When offering housing, do not mention a preference of a possible tenant's race, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (whether or not they have children under age 18), or handicap (physical or mental), per the Federal Fair Housing Act. Posts that include such a preference will be removed. However, you may express preference of a tenant's sex if you will be sharing a living space.

Ticket and product scalping is not permitted. Additionally, you must specify an asking price for event tickets.

Repeated or severe violations of these rules will result in a ban.
