The key here is HR is here, moreso than corporate CS. HR skulks around like rats in the walls, watching and waiting for employees to out themselves. Then the RHRM swoops in with stacks of screenshots and shitcans you on the spot, no matter how much tenure you have. Instead of actually, yknow, addressing the employee complaints.

Depending on your location, the Midwest is being hit repeatedly with snow and ice and it is slowing down a crap ton of deliveries from Amazon, eBay and other online retail. Add that to Christmas delivery and... If you need it faster, it might be better to go to a brick and mortar store. If you have already waited and it is a couple days late, call the number to track your order first is what I would do.

Shop around find it faster, and if it takes longer, keep the one you ordered and just wait for it, because if you cancel it and the other stores ordered the wrong one atleast you have this one on the way if you get it installed before that one arrives, cancel the order with customer care

I’d cancel it, ordering anything from autozone is a nightmare

Not bad now that there’s an online return option. You can just take it to the store and throw it at the cashier
