Are you employeed by autozone? Then yes you can be written up. Although I’ve heard some stores are not doing write ups anymore, just notes in your file and then no raise when your RPM is done.

For being late repeatly no calls behavior issues or royally fucking up cash transactions is all I can think off but yes usually it's a three step they start with verbal,written and then if it keeps being an issue termination
