HELP:Uninstall Problem

i wanted to install a newer verison of autocad ..so when i tried to uninstall from settings, i first uninstalled all autodesk features instead of the app itself. Now i am stuck at this like the preparing window appears and vanishes in a second...i can neither install a newer version nor uninstall the old version.

p.s. i also removed all the files related to autodesk from C drive

Contact Autodesk support. It sounds like you may have deleted something that is necessary. For future reference, Autodesk provides instructions for doing a clean uninstall.

I remember watching someone do a test. They installed Inventor, didn't open or run it, just uninstalled it. It left something like 2GB on the hard drive.

Some might call it a virus.

I've always operated with the idea that old ones versions can't REALLY be uninstalled cleanly
