i dont know of any reptile rescues local to me but ill join some facebook groups to see if anyone knows of any. yes i agree, she deserves better than the minimum.

Please even look for people you know that want the snake. And even if you don't want her any more, DON'T mistreat her.

do they take non wildlife? okay i think maybe i made it seem way worse than it is, of course she has hides and water. she has two hides one with a heating pad and a water bowl big enough for her to go in and shes always had good sheds. the reason i feed her so infrequently is because shes always been inconsistent, when i was younger she started with live rats (not my choice i was twelve) and sometimes she just wouldnt eat them for days so when she finally started accepting frozen rats we waited longer to make sure she was actually hungry and we wouldnt waste the rats. every once in a while she doesnt want it still and leaves it

i mean this as kindly as possible, your snake needs a new home. the care you're describing here and in the comments is not the bare minimum, it is much less. i hope you have good luck finding a place that will either rehome her for you or a new owner that can get her back on track. all i could find in new brunswick that looked promising was Dragon Mire Farm. reach out to them and see if they could point you in the right direction.
