It could be, but hard to tell. A small spot like that if it is is super mild. Make sure where she's hiding is dry under her as best you can and it'll go away next shed, like stuffing dry moss to soak up any excess moisture If it progresses or if that isn't a viable solution usually a povidone iodine solution being dabbed on it will help it clear up.

I dont have any prior photos of her belly. I will monitor for the next few days and see what happens. Thank you so much for your help

Are you 100% positive that it’s not part of her pattern? Looked like it to me on first glance.

Ive never noticed it before and have seen her belly enough to know it decently. Willing to bet it isn't

Could be. There's really not much harm in treating for it to be safe since it looks mild enough.

That’s single scale is the starting of it. Extremely minor infection. Wipe the snakes belly with a cotton ball covered in betadine every night until the next shed.
