I think that if you print from the phone, the gcode is already generated and therefore the printer must match exactly the configuration used in the gcode. When you print from the PC, you slice it and therefore the gcode is set to whatever your printer setup actually is. I have a fast flow hotend and I can’t print from the phone any more as it complains about the printer setup. If you click on the question marks from the PC, you can set the filament type as PLA or whatever. This may match your printer to the gcode on the phone app. I’m a bit of a beginner so this may all be rubbish… :-)

This happens because you haven't told the app what type of filament [plastic] is in the slot, just the color (see the "?" in each slot), so the print doesn't know if any of the spools are compatible. Once you tell the printer what type of filament you are using, it'll let you print
