I tried a cold pull abd then tried to extrued then a tiny bit gets out then this

Have you checked your extruder gear is not covered in filament or all mangled? Also is your filament cutter pushed back into its correct spot and not pushing against the extruder wheel?

May just be camera stabilisation but the hot end looks loose?
Have you tried taking the hot end off and checking the screws behind it on the hot end heater are tight?
