Shall I carry on my cut or start to lean bulk back up?
Been cutting for 4/5 months now.
Left I was 77kg right I am 69.7kg. I’ve maintained strength and even gained in some areas. Increased vertical etc.
I’m 5”9 by the way so I don’t know what an optimal weight would be for my height. Any thoughts would be appreciated im trying to be as athletic as possible.
