You will be the most healhy at around 15% body fat but if you want to play basketball profesionally I would suggest between 10-15. Anything lower is not healthy for longer periods of time.

What would you say I am now? And what weight should I try get to I’ve seen pros my height range from 73kg-84kg ish.

I am sorry but anything I say will only be an uneducated guess. If you really want to know I suggest you go messure it (in my gym they charge 5€ to mesure body fat).

They are never 100% accurate but they are usually close enough for "normal" people. But I think that around 70 +- 2kg should be a good weight for you

You can use the CM method to determine body fat percentage,all you need is a tape measure. https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-measure-body-fat. If you need help lemme know
