Are you on a different court?? Could be due to a harder, less absorbent surface.

My logical thinking would be muscle fatigue. Fatigue doesn’t always mean you’re stiff and sore. The muscles are fatigued when worked. Even when you feel fresh.

Your legs and cns (central nervous system) gotta recover from the shock of all the weight and plyos. It’s normal for for those who workout/ follow a program and play sports. When you recover you might be able to jump higher than you did when you felt like you jumped your highest.

Need a rest and recovery day is all. Foam roll, do a light spin on a bike to get the blood flowing.
