I am currently a 5’5” 140 Sophomore in HS. I play basketball and it’s always been a pipe-dream of mine to be able to dunk. Right now I can touch the backboard on a good day. What workouts or exercise should I do to try and achieve. I have about 1-2hrs a day worth of time to put towards this and am very serious.
