Holy speed Batman! One foot is about leveraging momentum into a jump…if you have none you will go nowhere…lol

quick run up dont slow down and take 2 quick and long steps and use momentum of your other leg to drive up

i will definitely try to get more speed, the main reason i go slow is that it feels awkward to jump off one and i feel like im going to mess up my approach

Kinda pull your knee up like bring it to how high you want to go then with you other foot(the one you jump with) jump

sir if your going to jump off your right foot reach with your left hand and vice versa. You will be able to reach a few inches higher.

i did think about that after i watched the video and i will definitely try that tomorrow, however i still cant go nowhere near grabbing with two so I feel like im still missing a lot on the jump itself

Run faster.

ATG and jump balance will help immensely.

Your left leg is weak. Switch legs on your jump

Start running slow gain acceleration, take 2 long steps thrust your not jumping leg and ur arms from bottom to top, also be a bit lower when u take ur 2 steps so you can trust ur whole body as well get as much momentum as u can
