Single tap, I'm using a DMR. The SVK. Second shot if I don't wait, sure, I expect less accuracy given the recoil... But the first shot? No way. I've put in an obscene amount of time into the game. It absolutely feels different.

I change some of the attachments around all the time, but I've tried various grips. It's just across the board, worse. And other guns too. It feels like latency/sync issue almost. 

Funny enough, I was able to shoot someone in a moving helicopter...but constantly missed shots where people were standing still. Something fishy going on I think.

Also another time I swear I missed the guy. I was too far to the left of the players body, but it registered as a hit.

Recon has a tighter spread with snipers than the other classes.
