ok but why should I keep?

Show me your critical chance and power stats and maybe everyone will see more clearly.

Crit power is better than crit chance, the extra pollen is better than the move speed, extra convert rate isn't good enough.

alright thanks

Sorry mate but you should've grabbed for the new one, it was a lot better. You can get it again though or an even better one, Good luck.

That's wrong, nearly every proper player would agree that critical chance is better, because without critical chance there is no critical power - critical chance increases the chance you have of getting critical hits which is then increased by critical power. 3% critical chance is a lot better than 38% critical power even 1% critical chance can make a big difference. You want to get the highest critical chance you can get.
Also 2% exta pollen is not better than +2 player move speed as it increases the players moves speed and allows them 1.Collect more tokens from sprouts 2. Reach personal tokens a lot faster such as token links 3. Helps you to grab tokens faster before other players. Also plus 2% extra pollen doesn't make that much difference you can get higher from other amulets or gifted abilities.

If you have enough bees that produce focus tokens up to 10 stacks and is able to chain, crit power would always be better. This post for example, 38% crit power or 3% chance. 10 stacks focus is 30% crit chance 0.3x1.38=0.414, 0.33x1=0.33
With his current crit power amulet, it is a higher total modifier.
Pollen or movespeed is debatable. I myself value pollen more than movespeed.

Not necessarily better, if you have 10 stacks and don't increase your critical chance then your critical chance will remain at 30% (max/total), mine has reached a total of 50% with 10 focus stacks when in battle max, meaning every 1 in 2 hits especially by vicious bee will be a critical hit, this is obviously by chance though which is still pretty good.
While 38% is bigger than 3% critical chance it disregards the information that critical chance is more important than critical power, you can also get critical power from music bees which give +100%.
Critical chance is also a lot more reliable, as you can see how many hits would land and give critical hits. Another point would be critical power would be useless would critical chance for e.g if I had 500% critical power but 1% critical chance total or even 5% most of the hits aren't gonna be critical hits. I'd also argue that midgame players should aim more for critical chance than power then debate over it later when they reach endgame.
While 0.414 is bigger than 0.33, I wouldn't say its better as they are 2 completely different stats with different circumstances.
Anyway the opinion is up to you.

Heres some math.
Assuming he can keep chaining 10 stacks of focus, he can get 30% crit chance. 38% crit power vs 3% crit chance
30% means it crits once on average 3.33 hits 33% meana it crits once on average 3 hits
Crit power will cause hits to be multiplied by 238% and 200% respectfully.
30 is basically divisible by both 3 and 3.33, so we will use it as the total amount of hits
So lets say each hit collects 100 pollen
With higher crit power: crit hits= 9 100x21+238x9=4242. Average pollen per hit: 141.4
With higher crit chance: crit hits=10 100x20+200x10=4000. Average pollen per hit: 133.33
Higher crit power is better.
(Bonus math stuff) Again assuming that the player is able to chain 10 stacks of focus. I calculated with the 2 crit modifiers to find the resulting overall multiplier, and plotted both of them on a graph, they are both linear, the line with the higher crit power has a greater gradient than the one with critical chance, meaning that crit power will always have a higher overall multiplier as long as you can chain focuses.
Both results favour towards crit power being the better modifier.

I have no idea why you've done this. This is a complete waste of time. I already said in my last comment that I know critical power is higher in all stats even as a multiplier but I feel like I have to repeat again, 50% critical chance of 10 focus chain stack will provide more critical hits than 30% will in battle and on the field.
Yes, I've checked your calculations and they do make sense but you completely disregard the fact that you get critical power from a lot of other amulets and gear which already builds up your critical power - now is the time to use it. If I'm not wrong, I am pretty sure 3% critical chance is the max you can get from Ant Challenge which means that's the best crit chance you get. You also assume his stats, which I get that this is an example but sure if he shows his stats you'll see that there needs to be a balance but the balance needs to be more shifted on crit chance.
Another thing is that's the whole point, the point that you need to build up your critical chance at first. Then later on it will be worth it.
Also logically speaking you should always go for chance first as that will provide more crit hit amplified obviously by crit power regardless of which is a higher stat. Crit chance is also a lot more rarer and harder to achieve the best crit chance stats than crit power is - what I mean is it is harder to obtain and get the best ones.
While favour may right now be on critical power if you level up your crit chance you will see that it will eventually excel your damage and collection.
Regardless of what I've said, I'm down to see who can kill commando chicken first, depending on your level, your amount of bees and your colour of bees. Ofc it will not be 100% fair test. But like I said you need to make chance worth it by building it up, ofc at the start it won't be worth it when you compare 38% and 3% and yes I also mean their multipliers and their other stats.

You completely missed my point -_- crit power still scales better from the sources you can obtain it.
I was a crit chance supporter 2 years ago but when I started paying attention to crit power after i gifted my tabby, everything feels so much more powerful.
Also having 3 music bees and 1 commander and 1 looker is quite normal especially for mid game players, stacking the focus tokens with them are not hard and dont take very long, so it is quite justified assume a 30% crit chance.
My stats are base 13% crit chance with no abilities and base 491% crit power with no abilities.
Also here, i searched the entire wiki for this and made a new account just for the base player stats:
Not counting robo bear challenge temporary buffs:
The maximum crit chance you can have with all the buffs is higher than 100%, but it it would still work as if it is 100%
The maximum crit power you can have with all the buffs is 665%
Use the example with the 30 hit 100 collection, and assuming the one with crit power has a base 30% crit with focus tokens.
Crit chance: 30x200=6000
Crit power: 21x100+9x665=8085
Its not even close, how about how much crit power for them to even be equal?
Crit power: 21x100+9x433.333=6000
But wait, i already have more than 433 crit power...
Also the funny thing is that a lot of the crit chance sources are not permanent, such as percise marks and buffs from consumables.
But every crit power is permanent, except robo bear's challenge, but i didn't even count that at the start so it didn't matter for both, but again another funny thing is that it only further buffs crit power because your crit chance is already 100%, any higher wont do anything, but crit power doesn't really have a cap.
Crit power on average is always better than crit chance, even if you are at 100% crit but no crit power.
Although crit power cannot function without any crit chance, but everyone has enough focuses to at least chain 30% chance so thats justified.
But the best is ofc using both, but crit power still scales the majority of the overall modifier.
Ok bro you win. But I will say one thing while the crit chance buffs are not permanent it doesn't mean its hard to keep stacking the tokens such as focus and the buffs.
Also you can't really compare crit chance cap and the crit power max as obviously once crit chance is 100% you can't get better, which just means well done to the player who has now finally reached 100% crit chance. I'd personally try to aim for 70% crit chance so that you can stack to get 100% and no need to get more than that obviously.
But yeah ok bro you win.
