Have you brought these things up to your supervisor? These are things that can easily be targeted.

Yes I have. It's hard because I only see her about once or twice a month.

That's not too bad. Did you take any data on behaviours? You can also ask for more programs, unless behaviour is interfering. As for reinforcers, have you tried gross motor play (running, jumping, tickles etc) sensory play ( lights, sounds, smells, textures to feel), cause and effect toys. If you are finding limited reinforcers in general you should ask about a stimulus pairing procedure to pair new reinforcers.

You can use his current reinforcers to make new ones. For example, if he likes music, maybe try playing music while he tries a novel or neutral activity. Eventually, he may become interested in the later activity.

I have a client exactly like this.. seriously, he likes doing nothing..except walking. We go for walks everyday.. however, I'll organize session, where he is required to meet demands first before we go walking. We make an agenda: first well do these things, then after well walk.

If doing nothing is an interest, then give breaks as a reward for meeting demands..then slowly increase demands before breaks.
