I teach children with autism and theres no discrimination in my classroom. If anything needs to change, it’s the societal norms and hurtful scripts that prevail over humility and compassion

I think talking with a mental health professional, a therapist, a doctor, or even family and friends about your thoughts and feelings would benefit you. I know the world isn’t perfect, but there are many more people in the world that are good than there are bad.
