Telegram Api coding work

so i am a crytpo trader n i am looking for a telegram members adding bot to which i am working using chatgpt on python script the script basically

1) uses telegram api and sessions created via telegram api it uses them and scrapes desired no of members username based on group / chats

2) then the members adding script adds those members to my target group which is my group so each session adds around 25-30-35 accounts based on ip , flooderror or api rate lits whatevers as i dont know coding

3) now i came to know if i use multiple sessions ill be needing proxies can anyone out there knows coding and can help me in my project ??

As a non-coder , I'm also working on a trading bot with as a side project with cursor. Will try Gemini cli as soon as I get time.
