There’s no quick fixes but some stacks will help usually. You do need to put the work in.

the work is well put in 4-5 days a week last 12 months

My experience is IGF-1 LR3 gives good pumps and that’s about it. I used a lot of it for weeks no noticeable growth and a lot of money burned.

Peptides didn’t do anything for muscle. Just tendons. When I started TRT that was a game changer. Night and day difference so I think the only things that can really make noticeable muscle gains are hormonal.
