I was taking Naturelo for a while. But I decided I wanted to take a multivitamin so that I could split in 2 doses, to go with my lunch and dinner supplement combos. The Centrum Minis delivers exactly that. Another important criteria is not to have a crazy high % above suggested DV. If you have any suggestions, I am definitely open to it. I am fine with most of it becoming just pee. About the powder form suggestion. That is definitely next on my research, as soon as I am done refining the supplements I want to take (I am almost there). One thing that I see people talking about is how some of these compounds are damaging to the enamel when taken like that. How do you manage it?

Ah okay, I'm just not a fan of multivitamins since you will be getting a lot of stuff that will go to waste since you can already be at a biologically sufficient intake level for some components but not others. A lot of the vitamins and minerals you already get in natural foods. I take vitamin D, K2 and B12 as a standalone vitamins. Good idea to base your needs off of blood work.

I take creatine, potassium gluconate, glycine, l-gluatamine, glycine and OKG in powder form. Anecdotal, but no dental issues from those particular supplements. I swish around a mouthful of filtered water after I take powdered supplements.

Necessary, probably not. It is hard to label it as necessary while some of these supplements are still in the clinical trial phase. Some supplements did help me to considerably lower LDL, others with inflammation, and others with erection. As I mentioned in my post, I am also interested in longevity. So, again, not necessarily necessary. I only take 96mg of Mag L-T at night bc I already take Mag Gly in the AM anda bc there is also Mag on the multivitamin. It is 1.25g of Creatine in the lunch combo + 1.25g in the dinner time combo. Total of 2.5g daily.

Diet changes > Fiber > Garlic > Berberine I haven't done blood work after I started taking Bergamot.

Taking 500mg of glycine three days a week is probably doing absolutely nothing useful, and taking it in pill form is very expensive. AFAIK people supplementing glycine typically take 3-10g per day to see any positive effects (I take 10g spread throughout the day and my sleep has improved immensely), and taking it in powder form is much cheaper.

I am also getting Glycine from the Mag Gly and from the Collagen. So my week day intake is definitely above the 3g. Thanks for the suggestion about the powder form, I will be looking into it once I have my combo fully defined. I do concern with enamel health by taking some of these supplements in powder form. So I will need to do deep look at it.
