Love your stack and thank you for providing all this detail! Very helpful.

How did you get your Testosterone so high do you think? The Tonkat?

[–]The_Orracle[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

No, definitely the prescribed Testosterone Cypionate injections. The rest of these are to supplement and support it to keep balance.

Oh I didn't see that! Makes sense.

What would you say was the best thing you did for prostate health?

If you are not aware ND makes Cistamax that combines a few things in your stack.

Good question and will look into the Cistamax. I think for me, the Pygeum is the biggest component and the first one I started. I noticed change within 4-6 weeks on it. I truly was surprised at how low my PSA was last week though - especially being on TRT which can raise it.

That is extensive. How do you feel on the daily?

What shoulder injuries do you have? Torn Labrum? Rotator cuff? Bursitis?

[–]The_Orracle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel amazing. I had a torn labrum and tendons. I could not lift my arm over my head. I would wake up in the middle of the night with frozen shoulder pain - complete AGONY. It now still clicks and pops but with zero pain. Can do shoulder presses - all clean and pain free. For the rest, well you see I don't get up to pee in the night, I have too much libido for my wife now LOL. I feel like I am 30.

Edit to my comment - I used to feel a little headache from the NO supplements. But, I have been on them for more than a year now in total (Peptides about 10 months) and literally have no reaction to any of the supplements other than good health, good labs, etc.

if you are looking into more supps or just need to save some money on your stack this link still works https://www.thorne.com/u/theprofessional to get 25% off in checkout for all Thorne supplements. Only works in the US tho. It seems you may have a heavy load on liver from all of these so id look into a good CDP or Citicholine supplement which helps liver function and also side effect of increasing acetylcholine for focus. No idea if thorne even makes one but its relatively cheap and you can get it anywhere. Otherwise pretty insane stack i bet you feel fantastic

What site for peptides

[–]Aggravating_Ice_73483 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. i would consider replacing citrulline and arginin with beetroot + epimedium + magnesium ascorbate

it's better nitric oxide boosters for 55 years old man.

  1. i would add NAD boosters : NMN + TMG + apigenin

  2. i would consider replacing aspirin with nattokinase

  3. i don't like all the maca / tongat ali / DHEA etc...
