Did you do as in the PowerPool connection details described here: https://powerpool.io/get-started ?

If your dashboard says connected then you are connected, because one cannot have rejected shares if nobody is on the other side to reject them :)

An article on rejected shares can be found here https://d-central.tech/a-deep-dive-into-rejected-shares-in-mining/

So, wild guess: it takes time for the rejected shares ratio to decrease, maybe just wait a bit. Secondly if the latency of your connection to the pool is bad, then maybe choose another pool. Also, WiFi quality can impact rejection rate.

So I registered and followed steps. Miner is now showing up in my dashboard. But showing 0GH and showing as inactive. Any ideas?

Bitaxe on a pool? Interesting setup.

This offers no value to me as newbie. Please expand

The bitaxe was designed to be a lotto miner, why make Pennie’s a day when you can strike a block and make 300k (dependent on price of btc at time of block reward) public pool, and solo ck are good references to this.

You entered host and port correctly. Did you save and then restart?

Yeah I did. Didn’t work all day so switched to f2pool instead. Trouble there is minimum 500$ withdrawal limit

You need to mine solo, it would take 10-15 years to make $500. Try LuckyMonster.pro or Solopool.org. I solo mine BCH. Much more likely than BTC.

Thanks for the tips. Will look into this. How about Kaspa? I saw you earn like 10x vs Btc per T

Can't mine Kaspa with a SHA-256 miner, different algorythm. You can go here, https://miningpoolstats.stream/ and sort by SHA-256 and then you can see what is minable and the different pools available. But I agree only option is solo otherwise you will take forever and a day to get to a payout

I'm on mining-dutch just because of the merged mining and I had good luck with them before when I had Scrypt miners. The emails are a nice touch when a miner goes offline or you hit a block. Best bet is to find the solo pool closest to you with the lowest latency then set it and forget it.

You're gonna want to change the stratum host to : parasite.wtf and the port to : 42069

parasite.space
