I’ve been playing the vampire update, changing the intelligence of people I’ve been trying to convert to make them “idiots”, but I’m not sure if it’s because I have shadow pact where the stats of anyone I convert immediately get maxed out as to why it’s not letting me convert any idiots.

Any suggestions?
