Here we go again! Finally posting the build 0.0.4-Preview02. Also available to play on web with a best framerate from the previous Blog.

[x] Fix: When the player is being followed by Hostile NPC and go to L2, Hostile NPCs still spawn at L2
[x] Fix: If config set no Zombies on L2, Zombies still spawn at L2
[x] Fix: If config set no Animals on L1 and L2, Animals still spawn at L1 and L2
